"FAKE NEWS" can be, (just as and maybe more in some cases), Damaging for the citizens of America, as it does cause race riots and influences individuals to commit other harmful crimes. They should be called the Opinionated Propaganda Manufacturing Network. The so called NEWS networks have gotten so ridiculously bad at reporting actual NEWS that the term Quality Journalism completely escapes them. To take the actual FACTS of a NEWSworthy event that happened, then Spin & Twist those FACTS so that they mean something totally different, so that they assimilate well with your narrative which promotes a particular agenda is NOT NEWS !
